We didn’t get to go up to Switzerland or see the vineyards as advertised. No partial refund or any other conciliation. Considering the price, not worth it. We did a similar e-bike ride in Sonoma this year that was significantly less expensive and included lunch and three wine tastings that was amazing. Maybe they set my expectation…”
